Richard A. Clark has been with the firm since 1966 and became a shareholder more than 30 years ago. He is chair of the firm's litigation department, and a member of the firm's Board of Directors.
Area of specialization: Civil Litigation.
Mr. Clark has represented corporations, public entities, businesses and individuals in a myriad of litigation matters, both Federal and State, and at the trial and appellate level. They include:
- derivative shareholder litigation
- class action litigation
- retirement benefits litigation
- construction litigation
- mergers and acquisition litigation
- SEC investigations and litigation
- contractual, tortious and commercial litigation
- will contests, trust and probate litigation
- patent and copyright infringement litigation
- employer/employee litigation
- international business and tort litigation
Mr. Clark has a breadth of experience in all aspects of alternative dispute resolution, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation settlement conferences.
