• Extensive experience in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, sales and purchases of businesses, leveraged buy-outs, loan documentation, real estate transactions, and Board of Directors' representation; general and limited partnerships and limited liability companies; income and estate tax matters; trust and estate law.
  
  
• Performed extensive community service, resulting in development of expertise in public-private partnerships between public agencies and private businesses.
