- Represents individuals and private organizations in a variety of complex litigation matters, including in the areas of unfair competition, intellectual property, contracts, redevelopment, insurance, employment, and shareholder disputes.
- Represents public entities in large-scale construction, design deficiency, and contract litigation.
- Extensive experience with discovery, motion practice, hearings, bench trials, post-trial motions, and appeals.
- Has worked extensively with both technical and accounting experts, and has handled numerous mediations, formal arbitrations, and complex settlement negotiations.
- Skilled in complex case management issues, including in the control and evaluation of large document databases and electronic information.
